From paddock to Plaza, we will be working with local producers to bring you some exciting and tantalising dishes. Sample your way through our stalls where you can engage with the people behind the produce and learn the story behind the food you are about to eat.
You are then invited to join us for a culinary feast – four contemporary courses presented by our award-winning and hatted Executive Chef, David Ricardo,. Enjoy matched wines from the multi-award-winning Fowles Wine and craft beers from the award-winning Two Birds Brewing, sharing their unique style of brewing and their motivation to inspire one beer at a time.
